Tech and the Transformation of Legal Imagination

Dimitri participated in a workshop, organised by Lund University and Gothenburg University on Tech and the Transformation of Legal Imagination. 

The workshop was situated in the broader context of a project on Digitalisation and Legal Responsibility. Dimitri’s intervention sought to explore which new forms of subjectivity are produced or precluded through increasingly prevalent forms of algorithmic governance.
